Wildtalk is free. There is a daily limit on the number of conversations.
Is there an app in the App Store or Google Play?
Not yet. Wildtalk works in the browser on phones and computers and can be installed to the home screen like an app.
How is Wildtalk different from a speaking club or a tutor?
You can practice any time without feeling self-conscious in front of people, and the mistake review comes right after the conversation. It does not replace a live teacher.
Can I prepare for a job interview in English?
Yes. The Work topic includes a job interview, asking for a raise, disagreeing in a meeting and presenting an idea.
Do I need to sign up?
No, you can try it without signing up. An email account lets you keep your conversation history, vocabulary and progress across devices.
What English level do I need?
Wildtalk is for people who can already put a few sentences together: A2 to C2. You choose your level in settings, and it sets how complex the panda's replies are.
What if I'm shy about speaking out loud?
The panda never interrupts or corrects you mid-sentence — all feedback comes in the review afterwards. And when speaking isn't convenient, you can type your answer.
Why do you need the microphone?
To recognize your speech. Access is requested only when you start recording, and you can decline and answer in text instead.
How accurate are the corrections?
The review is done by AI — it catches typical mistakes well, but it can be wrong. The pronunciation score is still preliminary.
What technology does Wildtalk use?
Conversations and reviews are powered by OpenAI language models.
